Our Story

Thank you for your interest in our company’s history. Our company was established in 2006 and we traded under the name of Interior Design Elements.

We were initially based in Bentley and imported quality furniture from overseas. Many of the designs we created were for resale to our clientele in the retail industry. Alysha joined forces with Roslyn at this time which was a great foundation to future business growth.

We pivoted and changed direction in 2008 in an adjustment to the trading conditions we were exposed to. Many of our retail clients either retired or closed down due to these adverse trading conditions. At this time we had the opportunity to purchase one of our trading clients – Furniture
Fitouts.

Acquiring Furniture Fitouts was the basis to a fantastic commercial opportunity providing access to new clients and markets. We moved into providing full furniture packages for investors, display apartments for quality developers and providing furniture for common areas in apartment buildings.

Today we are open to any market enquiry. We work extensively in the furniture hire market, import furniture for specific projects, fit out commercial short stay accommodation projects, we also work with MSWA for some of their lottery properties and we still provide display apartments, common area furniture and full furniture packages for our clients.

Roslyn and Alysha are still working together looking for new opportunities to embrace with an amazing team at Furniture Fitouts to work with. Our team focuses on consistently delivering a quality product and service to their client base. Our commitment to service and products creates the potential for either higher rental returns, higher sale prices for investors or for increased property sales for developers.
