WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We operate out of a fully-stocked 1000m2 warehouse facility in Canning Vale, just to the south of Perth.
DO YOU ALSO HIRE OUT FURNITURE?
Yes, we hire out full or partial furniture packages for display, promotional or personal use. Please Contact Us for further details.
WHAT ELECTRICAL BRANDS DO YOU USE?
We prefer to use top brand electrical and white goods as recommended by our suppliers for their quality, value for money and warranty record. Our preferred brands are Samsung, Sony, LG, Westinghouse, Fisher & Paykel, Simpson etc.
WHAT ABOUT WARRANTIES?
Electrical items fitted will benefit from manufacturers’ warranties. All furniture items will benefit from a one year warranty period, except leather lounges, which are covered by a two year warranty. Mattresses have a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty.
I’M AN INVESTOR: WILL I BENEFIT FROM DEPRECIATION OF THE FURNISHED ASSETS?
Almost certainly, but you will need to take independent, professional third party advice regarding the details of your prospective depreciation schedule.
DO I NEED TO BE AVAILABLE AT MY PROPERTY WHEN IT IS BEING FITTED OUT?
No we take care of everything from picking up the keys right through to having your property ready for occupancy. You don’t even have to be in Perth and in fact we regularly fit out properties for overseas based investors.
WHAT ARE THE FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR FURNITURE PACKAGES?
Having decided to proceed you will be asked to sign a short Supply Agreement and pay an initial deposit of just $1,000 at which point your fitout will be booked in. You will then be required to pay 50% of the outstanding amount 3 weeks prior to the commencement of your fitout, with the final balance payable within 7 days of completion and handover.
WHAT ARE THE FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR FURNITURE HIRE?
Having decided to proceed you will be asked to provide an initial deposit of 30% of the cost of your invoice to hold an installation date. The balance payment is due 1 week prior to the installation date. We are also able to offer humm as a payment option for eligible staging hire clients.
