At Furniture Fitouts, our top priority is ensuring that all of our customers stay safe and healthy especially when it comes to the Covid-19 global pandemic.
As such, our team have made and continues to make Covid-19 safety & hygiene policies & procedures for both of our relocation furniture hire services and our staging furniture hire services.

To ensure peace of mind to our customers, we want to highlight some of the most important items that we have implemented as part of our Furniture Fitouts Covid-19 Safe Plan:

  • Face masks must be worn as per Government laws
  • Social distancing when and where appropriate according to Government laws
  • Follow all WA state governments COVID safety plans and/or guidelines
  • Furniture Fitouts staff are required to be double vaccinated against COVID-19 and preferably the current Flu vaccination as well
  • Furniture Fitouts provides our staff with face masks, gloves, hand sanitisers & cleaning sprays/disinfectants
  • Clients can request that face masks be worn during all deliveries & pickups if not already required by law
  • During pickups and deliveries we wipe down all items with an all-purpose cleaning solution
  • Gloves are disposed of carefully after every service, never reused
  • Strict & thorough disinfecting of all hired furniture, remotes & devices each time it is returned
  • All linens are laundered by a professional laundry company
  • All kitchenware is washed in high heat in a dishwasher
  • Steam cleaning of all upholstered surfaces on return to our warehouse
    Contactless delivery – our team are not permitted to enter an occupied residence. All occupants are required to leave the residence until our team has completed the service
  • Keys are UV sanitised when collected and before passed to another person
  • We are encouraging any sick staff members to stay home and notify our office so a rapid antigen test can be delivered to their door
  • We encourage mask wearing inside our office & warehouse
  • We are limiting visitors to our warehouse & office
  • We are cleaning down all high touch points of our office daily & keeping the warehouse & front door open (weather permitting) to encourage airflow
  • As a precaution we have asked our staff to avoid shaking hands and to use proper hygiene etiquette including hand washing
